Expert Pitch Deck Designer & US Architect with Lighting Expertise

What you can expect from me: * Clean, minimalist, functional design and architectural solutions * Quick responses (usually within 2-12 hours depending on your timezone) * Authentic Software Licenses (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) I can help in all phases of the design process: -- Schematic Design -- Work closely with you to determine your space needs, as well as how they can be arranged and used most efficiently. Create lists of the types of spaces and square footages of each, diagrams that illustrate adjacencies and anticipated workflow or circulation routes. Preliminary sketches or concept renderings to help you visualize and get a sense of how the exterior and interior will look and feel. -- Design Development -- Define and develop the important aspects of the project: the exterior elevations, interior layouts, room sizes, and select/specify materials, finishes and fixtures. Deliver a detailed set of drawings and a specification book for the project. -- Construction Documents -- Complete the set of drawings and specifications, which will get submitted for bidding/pricing and given to contractors to start building the project. The set includes all required architectural drawings: site plan, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, sections, building details, fixture / finish schedules, material takeoffs, etc. -- Construction Administration -- Handle the questions and requests for information from the contractors during the building construction duration. Verify that the materials/fixtures are correct, issue formal modifications and corrections to the Construction Documents to solve unforeseen problems that arise in the field.
