Qualifications:
∙ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
∙Experience: At least 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably  within the financial services, technology, or telecom services industries.
∙Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure,  cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other key technology areas.
∙Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
∙Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the  ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
∙Business Development Collaboration: Experience working with business development  teams to scope client projects and identify technical solutions.
∙Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to think  strategically and implement effective solutions.
∙Project Management: Experience managing complex technology projects, with a focus  on meeting deadlines and budgets.
∙Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance  requirements.
∙Flexibility: Ability to work on a fractional/part-time basis, with flexibility to meet the  varying needs of multiple clients.
