As we embark on enhancing our program, we are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to visually elevate our brand and effectively communicate our message through presentation slides and workbook pages.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create two sets of deliverables based on a nautical theme. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to seamlessly integrate maritime elements such as compasses, anchors, waves, and ships into the presentation slides and workbook pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a cohesive visual identity that aligns with the nautical theme while reflecting the professionalism of our organization.
Design visually appealing slide layouts for the presentation slides that effectively organize content and facilitate clear communication. Incorporate subtle maritime motifs into the background or slide borders for added thematic depth.
Create workbook pages with fillable sections for Q&As, tables, charts, checkboxes, and journaling. Ensure that the workbook layout includes a cover page, introduction page, table of contents, glossary page, media page, and resources page with placement for QR codes and snapshots.
Utilize a color palette that compliments the nautical theme and enhances readability, while incorporating the company's branding colors and accents.
Select appropriate fonts that are easy to read and reinforce the thematic elements of the design, ensuring legibility for both digital and print versions.
Integrate custom icons or illustrations that symbolize key concepts related to operational efficiencies and smooth sailing, enhancing understanding and engagement without overwhelming the audience.
Incorporate the company logo and branding elements tastefully throughout the presentation slides and workbook pages to reinforce brand identity and credibility.
Optionally, include subtle animations or transitions in the presentation slides to add dynamism without distracting from the content.
Deliverables:

One Canva template each for the designed presentation slides and workbook pages.
High-resolution images and assets used in the design.
Any additional instructions or guidelines for effectively using the slides.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret and incorporate feedback effectively.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Timeline:
We aim to have the presentation slides completed by 7th May. Please provide an estimated timeframe for the design process, including revisions and finalization.
