If you have a current smartphone, the cell's camera will be sufficient. Photos are 'as-is' of a convenience store and gas station...no staging, rearranging of contents, lighting, etc. You will be accompanied by the seller's agent at all times. You will receive a detailed list of the photographs we are seeking. In addition, you will fill out a questionnaire on the appearance and features of the property, and make a hand-drawn sketch of the perimeter. The entire process will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
