What I want is someone to step me through what it will take to create a project in Xcode that can be edited with VSCode. The requirements is the app is a background service that monitors bluetooth devices and measures the signal strength of each device. There can be a UI component to this service. I need ALL bluetooth devices no matter what type of device. The service needs to run on both iPad and iPhone devices. Full pay if all devices can be found (I have many types) and the signal is accurate enough to make some measurements. $50 to list devices (may be not all), $75 if all can be listed, $100 if all requirements are meet and I can accurately measure signal strength.
