Organizational Development Professional for Organizational Scan Development
Project Description:
Apollo Strategy Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Professional to assist in developing a comprehensive organizational scan based on our proprietary PLE (Prioritize, Leverage, Execute) system. This project involves creating a suite of assessment tools designed to measure a company's strategic and operational capabilities across the PLE spectrum. This role requires a quick learner who can deeply understand the PLE system and apply it to develop various assessment materials, including surveys, observation rubrics, interview questionnaires, and document review rubrics.
About the PLE System:
The PLE system is a strategic framework designed to optimize business performance through three key components:
- Prioritize: Setting clear, ambitious goals aligned with the organization's vision and mission.
- Leverage: Utilizing resources effectively (technology, information, people, systems) to achieve these goals.
- Execute: Implementing actionable plans with defined tasks, responsibilities, and quality standards to achieve set priorities.
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive set of tools for an organizational scan, including but not limited to:
- Custom surveys to assess alignment with the PLE framework.
- Observation rubrics to evaluate PLE system integration in daily operations.
- Individual and group interview questionnaires to gather insights on the PLE system's implementation.
- Document review rubrics to assess strategic planning and execution documentation.
- Work closely with the Apollo Strategy Group team to understand the intricacies of the PLE system.
- Create a detailed report template that includes summaries, visualizations, and recommendations based on the organizational scan findings.
Required Skills and Experience:
-Proven experience in organizational development, particularly in developing comprehensive organizational assessments.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable assessment tools.
-Experience in creating surveys, interview guides, and observational rubrics.
-Ability to learn and understand new frameworks quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Apollo Strategy Group team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools is preferred.
Project Details:
Location: Remote (we’re located in the Los Angeles area)
Duration: The project is expected to last 3-4 months, with flexibility based on your availability.
Work Hours: Part-time; hours may vary based on project needs.
Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hour
