I run a property management company and need an assistant for a few hours a week. You must have experience with Appfolio and bookkeeping or leasing experience is a plus. I also use Trello for our communication so it's helpful if you are familiar with that software. Position requires someone to be very detailed oriented with ability to follow up several times on a task until it's completed - we deal with a lot of contractors and have a lot of follow up to track. You must be available during daytime hours in the Central Time Zone as that's where we're located and you must reside in the USA. When helping process applicants for rental applications, weekend work is expected but usually no more than an hour or so to process or answer questions. These weekly or daily tasks would be yours: - Code the scanned invoices in Appfolio - Assist with troubleshooting maintenance - Notifying tenants of maintenance schedule - Helping me manage several projects in Trello - Checking in with contractors/vendors for status - Creating Leases and renewals in Appfolio for my review then executing - Other tasks that we determine would be a good fit The position would be probably 8-10 hours a week depending on what tasks we decide to work together on and could even be more.
