We are looking for a residential HVAC consultant to assist with load calculations, equipment selection and sizing, as well as duct and register sizing for a new single-family residence in Fort Wayne, IN. The consultant will be responsible for working with an HVAC contractor to ensure that the HVAC system is properly designed and optimized for maximum efficiency and comfort. The successful candidate will have expertise in residential HVAC design and be familiar with local codes and regulations. Skills required: - Manual J, D, S calculations - Equipment selection and sizing - Duct and register sizing - Knowledge of local codes and regulations

HVAC Design, Load Calcualtion, ventilation Calcualtion for 1000 Sq Ft retail space.

This one will need electrical engineering. It’s supermarket renovation. It’s the Sav A Lot store where a local grocer has taken over the operation. This store will remain open during the renovations, and they are turning some space into a small bakery, kitchen, and new meat department. Also, there will be a new check cashing office on the opposite side of the store. The work will be phased according to the phasing plan. These are design development drawings for now but as the week progresses, I’ll have an updated plan to include equipment schedules. I will need MEP for Hoods, Extinguishing Systems , Plumbing for gas, water, and waste (grease traps also). Will also include new lighting changes in the updated plan. Will need a set electrical plans in 2-3 weeks time. I can provide any information you need to make the work flow.
