OVERVIEW The Weinstein Organization “TWO”, a direct marketing advertising agency in Chicago is currently looking for a Senior-level WordPress Web Designer to re-design an existing client WordPress website (around 21 pages). As the sol Web Designer, in a small agency setting, you will be responsible for planning and executing all design stages, while also handling the WordPress development. We are looking for a self guided designer that has excellent visual design skills with high attention to detail. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a WordPress Web Designer or similar role • Link to portfolio showcasing a diverse range of Wordpress website projects and any other related projects RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and deliver a high-quality website in WordPress that is visually appealing, engages the target audience, drives web traffic, and provides an optimal user experience based on the client’s needs and expectations • Create conceptual wireframes, design mockups/prototypes, strategic user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas • Employ site animation and special effects to create a compelling user experience in Wordpress • Create and implement design elements such as graphics, images, and multimedia content (if necessary) • Optimize website for speed and performance while also implementing search engine optimization (SEO) • Test and improve site usability and performance on a variety of browsers and devises such as tablets and smart phones • Responsible of being up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies • Work within Client Brand guidelines, best practices and standards • Collaborate directly with our Creative Director and Project Managers to understand their requirements and goals SKILLS • Strong understanding of WordPress core, themes, builders and plugins • Excellent visual design skills with high attention to detail • Knowledge of HTML and CSS if customization is required • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to supply quick-turn around revisions (if necessary) • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the project’s success • Work well with minimum supervision while also having strong interpersonal skill SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES • WordPress core, themes, builders and plugins (WP Bakery Page Builder experience a plus) • Figma (or other similar conceptual tools) • Knowledge of graphics software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) REQUIREMENTS • Ability to start ASAP • Ability to work remote (Central Time preferred, but not required) • English Level: Native or Bilingual

We're developing an innovative, adaptive assessment system for neurosurgical trainees that leverages large language models (LLMs). Central to this project is a dashboard that provides educators with comprehensive insights into trainee performance. The dashboard will feature real-time performance metrics, interactive visualizations, customizable views, and personalized recommendations, all presented through a user-friendly, intuitive interface. We need a UI/UX designer to create a visually appealing layout that effectively showcases these features as a demo, enabling stakeholders to understand the value of this system in transforming neurosurgical education.

Looking for someone to do a Enterprise SaaS software Dashboard. I have an idea of what I want. It will have corporate filters for region, division, and locations. Will track location performance against their completion of our product offering.

Our company has been in business for a couple of years and we feel that our logo and brand as well as our website need some TLC to ensure our brand is more eye catching and our website is more presentable. We’d like from this project to get multiple logos from which we can choose one that describes us the best. Along which we would like the blue print and different file formats, as it seems challenging to adopt one format for all social media platforms. For our website on the other hand, we have a software engineer on our team that can execute any design. We’d like better pictures and higher quality ones. As well as a new design / format that is more adaptive for today’s market. Eventually, the website will be optimized for SEO once the design is completed. We’d also like to have a design in place for creating a pest control library that lists all the insects and describes them.
