For Hourly Projects: 1) Business Analyst with project manager or developer understand the requirements and discusses with client. 2) Hourly rate is discussed with client different for project manager and developer as per experience level. 3) Project is awarded and daily billing is performed. 4) Project Manager or Developer interacts with client via Skype/Phone/Audio/Video Conferencing tools. 5) Weekly and daily Timesheets from UpWork are automatically submitted to client. 6) Payment is done weekly by client.
