Our High-level process building web and mobile apps: For each software project, we go through a Discovery Phase with the client to get an in-depth understanding of the product we are building. We work with the client to develop low-fidelity mockups, flow diagrams, and rules to describe how the software will work. After the user experience is designed, we extract all of the individual “user stories” into a spreadsheet that describes every product use case. This process of identifying and articulating each “user story” meticulously ultimately ensures our vision for the application aligns with the clients before we write any code. After the Discovery Phase, we enter the Build Phase. During this phase, several Software Developers, a Project Manager, a UI Designer, and our Quality Assurance team are assigned to your project. All members use the spreadsheet with “user stories” as a guide, knocking off each “user story” one-by-one. The Project Manager articulates each “user story” to the Software Developer, and upon completion, the Quality Assurance team will then test that “user story” across several devices/browsers. Once all “user stories” are completed in a sprint/milestone, the client is able to test and provide feedback. We replicate this process for each sprint/milestone until the project is complete.
