As CEO & Founder at Aionis - I spend every day understanding and helping businesses overcome their technological needs. It may be building a whole new application or providing a better solution for their existing systems or providing quick consultations to help grow their future idea. Especially with startups and small business I am able to step into their shoes and look at the issues from their perspective and work with them to provide a better quality of work and solutions. Ultimately, the goal is to help them improve their business and be more successful which makes it more fulfilling in doing my job. 

I'm deeply empathetic towards by customers and my team. And love building trusted relationships with our customers and building products that they love! 
 At Aionis we have an amazing team who is up for any challenge and is always ready to take on anything that comes along the way. I believe in trusting my team and giving them all the freedom and independence that they need to make their work more enjoyable and exciting. We have an open channel within our team and we work together to learn from experiences and grow as a better team and individual

Previously I worked in IT from Systems administrator, Network Manager, Software developer, Customer Support and Project Management Team lead and all of these experience have thought me so much in understanding customers, their businesses, technology and leading/managing teams. 

On the rare occasion that you catch me outside of work, I’m always playing tennis, even if I only slept 3hrs the previous night you can still see me on the tennis courts at 6 or 7a.m.!
