Skills By Design’s focus is on creating engaging learning experiences that equip individuals, teams and organizations with the skills they will need to survive and thrive in a rapidly changing world. This involves the careful consideration of a wide range of strategies, tools, and techniques, such as: Interactive eLearning, Blended Learning, Gamification, Instructor-Led Training, AR/VR Experiences, Social Learning, Experiential Learning, Lean/Agile Practices, Team/Organizational Learning, establishing Communities of Practice, and more.
