Before going freelance at the start of 2020, I was working in the call center industry for close to 5 years. With a background in Customer service representative for 1 year, the rest of those years were spent doing outbound sales/cold calling. Past experience as a Sr. Recruiter from the biggest RPO in the Philippines. Can work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure and produce results. I have a total of 5years of combined experience - 4 years of outbound sales experience and 1 year of a Customer Service Representative. 85% of my experience is B2B and 15% B2C
