Hi! My name is Mary and I have been working as a Customer Service Support for 8 years now. I have worked as customer support for an Online Form Provider, Shopify Dropshipping stores, Amazon private label brands, and other e-commerce stores such as bloomingdales.com and macys.com. I have also managed multiple Shopify stores including inventory forecasting, marketing, processing orders, tracking orders, processing replacements, and refunds. I am highly organized and detail-oriented. I enjoy learning new things and I work with minimum to no supervision. I am available 40 hours a week or as needed.
