In the last 24 months, I have worked hands to hands respectively, with the CEO of a tech recruitment marketplace, CEO of a leading networking app with over 3M of users and the CEO of a Top 100 most innovative RegTech company in the world to help them raise funds, organise their finance department, manage their investors relationships and hire key employees. Raising funds is one of the most difficult tasks asked from the founder(s). Indeed, during those months, you will need to combine the management of the company with your fundraising efforts. This will be stressful, require lots of working hours and take a lot of energy. I have been through this process many times. What you can expect from me: A to Z management of the fundraising process from the fundraising strategy, storytelling, to the preparation of the documents (business plan, teaser, pitch deck, term sheet), the management of the data room, investors research, communication with investors, securing investors meeting, CEO coaching, etc. to the legal closing of the round.
