An annual program, our Emerging Leaders Program is time-based learning, customized and facilitated monthly, with sessions aimed at improving, evolving, and developing the leadership and soft skills of the select candidates chosen to participate. Completion of each session earns Credly Digital Credentials, contributing toward the participant’s career advancement. Monthly and quarterly sessions are facilitated by Dirigo leaders with years of hands-on direct experience and wisdom, and include experiential workshops, 1-2-1 coaching and training, and spotlight exposure to outside points of view.
