My clients call upon my help when they are about to do the next great thing in their business. I then make suggestions on where and how we can automate the process and get them up and running efficiently and integrate with their current systems. We minimise the degree of change & costs for them and their teams as a result and provide additional support if required. We then explore how else they can create new revenue streams or improve on existing ones. As a bonus, I also do my own research and offer any additional insights that are relevant to them. From global, economic, regulatory and technology trends (including blockchain, crypto and NFTs). I constantly seek new tools and apps and review them before making suggestions. What's key for my clients is that they have me as a strategist to soundboard & get clear on their ideas or goals for the business and then we work out the implementation. I love tech and seeing how systems talk to one another to create results particularly efficiencies & a real-time pulse on the business.
