I have 14 years of collections experience from different lines of business. From third party collections (aggressive collections) to early stage of collections (customer service approach). Collecting payments from loan balances, insurance claims, medical billing, product purchased payments, and rental payments. Customer service is always part of the task on a daily basis. I was in the call center industry for 10 years and 4 years being a freelance Virtual Assistant the handling Accounts Receivable Billing and Collections process and sometimes Bank Reconciliation. My VA jobs taught me to use different tools like; Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Desktop Zendesk Zoho Freshdesk Netsuite Stripe Salesforce Company's different CRM My areas of expertise are coming from my experiences, plus I have a bachelor's degree in Accountancy which lead me to this type of job, and love what I am doing.. I can support and help the business to make sure we get the payments from the overdue balances.
