Innate curiosity provides for a keen sense for anticipating alternate scenarios and their implications and executing plans to optimize business based on those observations. I have 27 years of hospitality experience, in regional, destination and tribal casino markets with over 8 years as a Director/VP in both FP&A and Finance. Most recently I have been a VP of Finance for Grand Casino in Hinckley MN which was a $120M EBITDA operation with 15 F&B outlets. I have experience in multiple ERM systems including Oracle, Cognos and Workday. It is rare that you will find a mix of nearly a decade and a half in front line operations and then another decade of executive level finance experience. This helps me build relationships with the customers of FP&A reporting which leads to improving on the existing reporting playbooks by updating and streamlining reporting into consumable and actionable reports that drive better business decisions. I have worked in some of the largest casino organizations and have supported multiple properties in several markets understanding what takes to be able to provide analytical support at a regional and global levels.
