Hailing from bustling Jakarta, Jafer is an avid spirit with appreciation for the graphic design, arts, and movies. After completing his studies, Jafer grew an affinity towards the field of branding. He has always found the process in branding to be fun and challenging. The study of new cultures, the application of new techniques, and the experimentation of combining new inspirations into the design all provides an experience he craves for. Every step of the process is approached in a playful manner, with a sense of humour. In co-founding IN KIND Studio, Jafer wanted to create emotionally engaging, concept-driven works that is embodied in beautiful forms. He wants every piece of work to evoke a reaction, whether it is to make them think, feel joy, or offer inspiration; a work that is functional and achieves the client’s goals.
