StarLabs is a small company with big aspirations and equally big achievements. We're a new-founded company of good friends who worked as employees until recently. The reason we decided to set off on a journey of independence was simple - we developed high-quality products ourselves and weren't valued enough for it, so we decided to work for ourselves instead of giving up on our ambitions of pursuing peak in every discipline. We've developed all kinds of Web Applications, ranging from small-scale applications done in a month, all the way to Enterprise-Scale applications spanning several years of development. There were projects we had to inherit in the not-so-good state, and gave life to them, but there were more projects we did from scratch, aiming for the ultimate perfection with each of them. We've had the chance to try a lot of different technologies and decided to promote one which for us proved to be the best - Angular. Why Angular, the most hated framework? It's quite easy, actually. Although other frameworks like React and Vue are more likeable, when developing a serious web application rather than doing something for fun, Angular proved to be the best choice because of its strict guidelines, rules and structure. React is an UI library rather than a framework which has one important benefit and one important downside. Benefit - Developers decide Everything about structure and technologies. Jokes aside, Angular has its own rules which are proven to be extremely scalable (We're talking the Entire Google's Ecosystem built with Angular itself here). Besides scalability that has no limits, Angular has much more powerful tools for developing and testing software, both of which are very important disciplines. At the end of the day, we've had trials and errors with various different things and decided to stick with what's future-proof and what makes us feel joy when working, rather than invoking a feeling of disgust every time we sit down to work on something. This is why we can guarantee the quality of our services, as we ourselves are the ones who hate half-assing work, which is why we've decided to continue our future on our own, rather than listen to management who's stuck in the past and doesn't want to keep up-to-date with today's standards. We would like to get to know our clients as well as their demands, so I personally advocate scheduling meetings to talk with each other and figure out things together, rather than us forcing our methodologies on clients, or leaving everything up to clients to figure out when we maybe know a better way and can suggest, potentially saving both of us troubles.
