Hello, I’ve been doing recruiting for over 30 years, primarily in the construction and estimating industries but have recruited for many other positions and industries as well, including marketing and customer service, and hundreds of construction service positions. I quickly became a foreman since my ability to learn and teach others grew quickly. I started at 18 and by the time I was 22 I had my own crews and recruited each crew member. I also quickly learned that I needed to hire very dedicated and talented individuals, and employees who adapt quickly to our ever-changing environment, and I would do the same for any other employer. I have built several crews in the construction industry in complex business environments from the ground-up with great success, tools, and training.
