Strategic Role: Axis Systems positions itself strategically as authorized resellers for a host of manufacturers and Marketing & sales consultancy service providers and renders an integrated set of services to its markets/customers. The information technology industry is constrained by acute customer care syndrome during pre as well as post-sales scenarios. It is virtually unlikely that the markets/customers will own up to their automation plans/procurements thereby unwittingly vesting the service provider(s) unavoidably with surrogate ownership. Axis System’s business strategies and plans have factored for this apparent complexity and use it proactively for its business promotion. Axis Systems has also developed a set of 3rd party vendors who can provide specialized and/or technically advanced services in terms of facilitating new and updated Digital Marketing procurements issues. It is virtually geared to render single-window services to its customers.
