In which I have served different specialties. • To review the patient's claims for accuracy and completeness as per ADA codes. • To check patient's eligibility and benefits verification. • To check Chart notes/Doctor notes. • To check a patient's X-rays/periodontal charts. • To send dental claims electronically as well as paper claims via fax with attachments. • Payment Posting (EOB) having allowed adjustments/Write-off. • Working on denied claims/partially paid & Insurance aging reports. • Generate patient's Statement to bill patients. • To send Pre-authorization to insurance. • Reporting Softwares used: 1-Dentrix 2-Open Dental (Currently using) 3-Soft Dent 4-Easy Dental.
