Overview

I worked in the BPO industry for more than 10 years since 2009 in the field of Customer Service, Sales, Customer Complaints and Corporate Escalations, Billing Campaigns, Technical Support, Supervising Team, and as a Human Resource Generalist with experience in Recruitment, Training, Quality, Disciplinary Action Policies, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management. I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant handling admin tasks and documentation. I am good in Appointment Settings either in products or services inbound or outbound. I can manage high volume of queues and experienced using different chat and calling application software. I am FLUENT in verbal and written English and has an excellent typing speed. Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Drive, Drop Box, and Google Sheets. I can work in different time zones and can render more than 40 hours a week. I am willing to work on weekends and holidays if there is a need and can render overtime if the job or the management requires it.
