I have logged over 10,000 hours working in the Salesforce Platform. A self-motivated and technical/business systems architect/admin/developer/consultant with a proven track record in information technology, business analysis, application development, data architecture, scrum/agile, and project management. RECENT NOTABLE PROJECTS INCLUDE: Sales Cloud & CPQ Implementation: Setup Sales process and CPQ for a large SaaS company with integration to DocuSign and other third party apps. Developed a package and hosted it on AppExchange: Served as the lead architect and consultant on an app where we developed & published a package with custom email-to-case process extended with omni-channel and service cloud. Salesforce Org Demerger: Lead a team that demerged a single enterprise org into a new different org as company's vertical got acquired by another company. Lightning Implementation: Assisted a large manufacturer with moving from Salesforce Classic to the lightning UI. This included building custom lightning components. Service Cloud & Community Cloud Implementation for a Consumer Company: Lead a project to transition a company from a legacy case management system to Salesforce with communities. Implemented Service Console, Community Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Einstein Chatbot, data migration to Salesforce and other features.
