I am very keen to details, enthusiastic with a go getter attitude. I love working hard because seeing awesome results in the end makes me happy and most importantly the person I work for very happy. One of the highlights of my life is managing my own Inside Sales Division from my previous company. Handled 150 FTE's in my own Division. Coached and trained all of my team members. I also have long-standing record of initiative and innovation, I have developed and executed strategies that I believe will bring value to your company.  Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my abilities in goals and performance attainment and pipeline building. I am an astute problem-solver capable of prioritizing and managing complex projects with proficiency. In my previous role, I exercised skills in leadership, motivation and process development and consistently contributed to team efforts and organizational improvements.
