FRONTERS DIRECTSOLUTIONS

I have been into BPO for more than 10 years. My very first call center experience is appointment setting. The campaigne was for an Insurance company, we call B2C and B2B. Home owners, Business owners, Managers etc with above minimum income and get appointment for the company's agent to meet with them for 20min. I was assigned a year for the account then was transfered to another account as pioneer which launches the following year. It was a telemarketing/telesales account which deals on medical equipments/suplements devices. We telemarket, sales, upsell, open and close sales. Then decided to do freelance where I was just accepting all types of projects which I know I could do. I was doing 2 to 4 from different countries with different clients Australia, UK, USA. Insurances, Real estate, Ecommerce, VA. Then a new company offered me to work with them, we got multiple projects but the bread and butter was the Life Insurance project which is same projectI handled when I started at 724 Care. My job is mostlikely verifying appointmemts, reporting to clients, updating status of appointments. Then end of project, so I then tried applying online. Got lucky and was called by Implicot pay said one of our prev clients referred me. Then got the job, company is ecommerce offering payment portal, for online/virtual stores&services, payment merchant&gateway, website store development, API portals etc. My work was to get clients to sign up with us and handle affiliates. My objective in working into this field is to obtain a job that can help me grow as a person and make me a benefit to my coworkers, where creative problem solving can be applied and learn management skills with a growing company to achieve optimum utilization of its resources and maximum profits.
