It has made me much expert in my work. I have an admirable persuasive quality to handle the customer over the internet, phone calls, emails or chats. I have experience working in a BPO/call center company, Insurance company base in USA (outbound calls) and also in a drop shipping business, I can make presentation with a very short time and in an effective way. For my work purpose, I have a nice arrangement of of computer components with a powerful internet connection, a fixed land line telephone, printer, etc. It allows me working any time night or day. I work in such good environment and enjoy the variety of works the job brings each day
