We typically start by booking a demo to show you what we do, which allows us to learn a little more about you and serve you best, right from the beginning. We create and use customized online reporting forms and spreadsheets for us to track the success of your appointment setter and easily follow up with these leads. Unless you have another preference, we track all leads in a CRM called Hubspot at no extra cost to you. We run most communication in Slack, which works a bit like instant messenger, helping to keep communication open and organized. We also provide access to recordings of all calls, specifically sharing the scheduled appointments with you on slack as soon as they get scheduled so you can be fully prepared for your appointments. This also serves as an avenue for you to offer supportive direction and/or feedback to your appointment setter.
