Our current goal at Carryer is to disrupt hiring. We are specialized in tech recruiting and sourcing & employer brand strategies creation, but we don't only want to match tech talent with companies. In Carryer we want to build a multicultural, digital, distributed, and diverse community of professionals, entrepreneurs, and start-ups. We believe that helping each other to succeed by sharing "hidden" knowledge about the market, and employment opportunities is key. For the last 3 years, we have helped companies in different tasks related to talent sourcing & recruitment (with an innovative and agile approach), employer/talent branding, organizational culture, and training of recruitment teams. We have provided services to both start-ups and multinational companies based in the US, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Panama, Spain, Australia, and Germany. We are a team of 5 dedicated contractors, and +10 freelancers, led by Juana Cervio, one of the most recognized Tech Recruitment professionals in LATAM. ▪️ Some of the profiles we've had successfully sourced and recruited are: Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, and Mobile Software Engineers, Software Architects, Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, QA Manual and Automation, SDET, DevOps.
