Being a Mechanical Design Engineer. I have gained experience in designing the mechanical products like automotive differential, micro handling system using microgripper, mechanisms to solve simple problems like reciprocating motions, circular motion using motors. I am skilled in 3d modeling, 2d drawings, rendering and animations. My go to CAD modeling software is Autodesk Fusion 360 with great capabilities to design robust and unique designs. My experience in designing industrial products will be helpful to capture overall requirements from your ideas and sketches and converting them into industrial products. I post graduated in the field Manufacturing Engineering, having vast knowledge of manufacturing processes, experienced in additive manufacturing method Fused Deposition Modeling (famous as 3d printing). STEEL /ALUMINIUM BED FRAME Mechanical design using bending theory, material properties study, excel sheet for easy calculation BENCHMARKING OF PRODUCT Comparison of products for performance, components, material of components, assembly procedure, manufacturing methods, and surface finishes. DESIGN OF ELECTRONIC ENCLOSURE Design of enclosure for packaging of electronic components like sensors, screen, battery, wires, etc. STL/SCANNED OBJECT CONVERSION INTO SOLID MODEL IN FUSION 360 Using mesh in Fusion 360, converted the STL into solid. Then editing and adding new features to the model. Saving it again in STL format for 3D printing.
