High-level process: For each project we go through a Discovery Phase with the client to get an in-depth understanding of the business, service(s), and product(s) we are supporting. We work with the client to develop a strategy, design the optimal user experience, and develop required marketing and creative support as needed before working with the client to execute and implement recommendations as an extension of their business. Following an agile methodology, we replicate this process for each sprint/milestone until the project is complete.
