Ability to hire and scale quickly if needed with access to large network of senior developers. About me: I am an American-born Pakistani and the team I work with is largely based in Lahore, Pakistan. If needed, I travel on a quarterly-basis to Pakistan to work with the team in person. I have guided and directed over 12 different apps and websites that range from social media to e-commerce and food (total revenue of over $18 million USD including acquisitions). My personal strengths show while building products from the ground up, having an eye for design while keeping things simple and user-intuitive. I pride myself on handling projects as if they are my own and being able to provide honest and constructive feedback, keeping in mind the original vision. Our goal is always to move as quickly as possible while providing timely updates and fully-transparent pricing. I act as a project - and sometimes product - manager (if needed), communicating your expectations and vision to the development team.
