IT sector, Healthcare, Light Vehicle Distribution Sector, Power Sector regulation are some of them. • Our team is a mix of millennials, empowered to think out-of-the-box and seniors, with many decades of experience to support and guide in designing and delivery robust solutions. • Most of all, we enjoy what we do and love solving challenging problems OUR SKILLS/TECHNOLOGIES Our current skill set include: • Open source technologies: Php, Java J2EE, MysQL • Mobile Technologies : Android, IOS • Front end frameworks: Angular JS, Jquery, Bootstrap • Back-end frameworks: CodeIgnitor, Spring, Hybernate We are now into rapidly gaining skills in Blockchain, Progressive Web Apps and IoT using React, NodeJS and Python development. We will be more than happy to take-up small projects that involves these technologies. HOW WE ENGAGE • We undertake projects through Upwork and from our local clients. We love supporting our clients outside Sri Lanka through Upwork. • As communication with client is a must at all times, we consider the practicality of communicating based on the time zone. Therefore, we generally apply for jobs from clients within the time zones ranging from GMT +5:30 to -5:30. There are instances that we have bent this rule due to very special reasons. • Quality of our product and our reputation is of paramount importance to us. Therefore we are very selective in applying for jobs and also undertaking them. We therefore look for clarity of scope before and after applying for a job. • If our proposal is accepted, during the interview stage, we try to gather more details on the scope. If we see that the scope is beyond our capabilities of delivery or skills, we will gracefully step down, giving the opportunity for a different candidate to complete the job. • Once the project is awarded to us, our client is our VIP. We agree on set time intervals to discuss the project. Our manager, Krishnajina Rajapathirane, remains online on Upwork most of the time. She is responsible for all project related communication, while the individual team members work while logged into the Upwork desktop time tracker. • Our work is always demonstrated to the client in one of our test servers. Each module that is completed is uploaded to this server, and the client is kept informed on the status. • Once the complete solution is developed, and the client decides to transfer it to his own server, we handle the entire migration and support. • Most importantly, we keep providing support even after the live run, on pre-agreed terms. We are also keen to have a strategic equity partner with good access to markets from EU , UK or Australia to take the company to the next level by injecting capital and new technology .
