Overview
To provide technical and remote helpdesk support with customers who has Web Hosting either on a Dedicated Server or VPS. Supporting Web Hosting and Operating System issues includes : 1. Domain account problems 2. Server related issues both Cpanel and WHM 3. Cpanel Scripts, CLI mode 4. E-mail Diagnostics 5. DNS , Apache problems I also have wide range of experience with the following : 1. Microsoft Operating systems (Installation , troubleshooting and administration) 2. Microsoft Desktop support (Windows XP , Vista and Windows 7) 3. Provide technical support with ease , concentrating on Hardware and Software issues, both for notebook and desktop PC's I would also like to share my experiences and talents , I am currently employed as a full time Technical Training Supervisor , in-charge of conducting Tier2 and Tier3 training and subject matter expert of notebooks To help technical writers and content writers as well in providing product reviews and feedbacks
