Overview
My objective is to utilize my administrative, real estate, graphic designing, and customer service skills within the marketplace. I have over 15 years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. I have worked for New Home Builders, real estate agents/brokers, property managers, and loan officers with various administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing projects. My areas of expertise within the real estate industry consists of inputting listings into MLS, showing prospective borrowers and renters model homes and rentals, researching, collecting rental monies, bookkeeping, coordinating closings, preparing contracts for clients, data entry, bulk mailing, designing presentations, maintaining databases, organizing files, and lead generation.
