I've been a business analyst since 2014 and have worked with Web3 projects for over three years. My first project was in 2019, and it was a DAO. So far, I've learned hundreds of practices - running NFT collections, community activation, DAO enablement, and business adoption from Web2 to Web3. On top of that, I've worked with both the standard and custom Web3 tools and frameworks. And as a trained UX designer with almost a decade of experience and fixing a strategy that isn't converting well, I can look over it and tell you exactly what's not working, usually in less than 20 minutes.
