Overview
I help start-ups and entrepreneurs raise funding from angel investors, venture capitalists or private equity funds. I have participated in multiple rounds of negotiations with Private Equity investors and lead the IPO on the Spanish Stock Exchange of a pharmaceuticals group, and I know what investors want to see and understand in order to make an investment decision. I can also support you in evaluating the financial aspects of the follow-up negotiations of the Term Sheet and the investment agreement. My focus is on helping you present your unique approach to creating value for your clients and investors, from your products and services positioning to the needs of the clients that you serve, from your business model to the cash flow generation and management for the long term. I work together with my clients in order to prepare them for the meetings with investors, partners and clients. There are no ready to apply solutions for developing business plans or preparing for fundraising - every business, value proposition, business model, competitive situation and market trends are combined in a unique manner. We need a structured approach and readiness to break some "common wisdoms" in order to design our road to the success.
