I’m a worldwide traveler and a former digital nomad, with a passion for understanding different cultures and procedures. I’ve always been drawn to new technologies and tools that make our lives increasingly comfortable. Through my Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering & Industrial Automation, I learnt to identify problems, engineer solutions and optimize processes efficiently. Speaking to users daily as a Customer Success Specialist taught me volumes about listening, empathizing, and understanding how to address their pain points. More recently, I have brought these skills together as a UX Researcher & Analyst, helping to build digital experiences that solve user problems. With a focus on developing repeatable processes, I help clients with streamlining for cleaner & more efficient processes.
