Overview

I am an experienced General Virtual Assistant who is adept at delivering what my client needs. I have the skills and experiences in handling different tasks: CRM management (Zoho, Connective Mercury--app for real estate brokers, Email and customer service management (Zoho mail, Gmail, Zopim, Zendesk and Outlook), Social media management and strategy (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Plus, and LinkedIn), data mining and entry, Chat support, Inbound and outbound phone support, Human resource management, WordPress management, and content editing. I am proficient at using different tools such as Hootsuite for post scheduling, Google docs, Smartsheet, Rapportive (for email mining), and Photoshop (basic.) My latest skills and experiences are in the Ecommerce niche--handling dropshipping account, Oberlo, and Shopify. When I first started working remotely, I did not see this as a career path that I would seriously go into, it was just a means to an end while waiting for the perfect opportunity, but I eventually learned not just to love the job, but the flexibility and opportunities it offered me. I started working home based as a Business English Online teacher to Europeans and believe me when you get hired to teach Europeans, you get to belong to an elite group of teachers, who are hired not just for their experience, but more so for the skills, then another opportunity presented itself, and I became a VA. It was tough at first, because of the grueling tasks that were given to me, but my "never-say-die attitude paid off and here I am.
