Overview
I have worked as a Delegate Sales Executive here in the Philippines for 4 years now. Prior to working as a sales executive I was a call center agent for 4 years too. I started selling conference tickets to C-Level executive way back in February 2013 working as an account executive for Euromoney Seminars, Metal Bulletin Events and Coaltrans Conferences, and lastly for almost one year now, with MIS Training Institute(MISTI) as one of their Senior Sales Manager, covering the Asia Pacific region and some parts of Eruope. Because of my hard-work and ability to hit sales targets I was promoted to Assistant Sales Manager last January of this year. Below are my duties and responsibilities as Delegate Sales Executive/Assistant Sales Manager: * Conducts and facilitate phone/video conference with the marketers for event's telesales briefing. * Leads generation using LinkedIn as the major source and other related websites. *Making cold and warm sales calls to business professionals from major blue chip companies around the globe in order to confirm their attendance at the conference . * Deliver presentations to purchasing decision makers of a company by highlighting the benefits of the particular events being sold. * Supervises the delegate coordinators on their day to day ticket selling * Tracks delegates registration * Handles inquiries and delegate related assistance. * Processes invoice and credit card payment * Monitors sales registrations/revenue daily, weekly and monthly.
