I have done a course strictly focused on “Contract Law” from Harvard securing top grades (94%). The course was conducted by Professor Charles Fried, former Attorney General of USA and legal advisor to President Reagan. I feel, I have substantially superior knowledge of ALL aspects of contract law than most attorneys – contract drafting, contract review, interpretation of contracts when disputes arise, sector-specific differences among contracts, International chamber of commerce model clauses which give parties a neutral framework for their contractual relationship drafted by experts of CLP commission (Commission on Commercial law and practice), UNCITRAL (United Nations Commissions on International Trade Law) guidelines, contract management, contract lifecycle management, smart contracts and more. I have dedicated my life to excellence in contract law and I hone my skills EVERY SINGLE DAY to raise them to Olympian standards in this branch of law which I consider to be the foundation of most commercial relationships. When it comes to ANYTHING related to "CONTRACT LAW", I can be your best bet. WHY CONTRACT DRAFTING IS A HIGHLY SPECIALIZED JOB? A contract creates a private body of law between its parties. Contract drafting is unlike any other form of writing. The goal, unlike most other forms of writing, is not to persuade or inform. The goal of a contract is to describe WITH PRECISION the substance of the meeting of two minds, in language that will be interpreted by each subsequent reader in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. This sounds deceptively easy. It’s NOT easy. The foundation of a precisely written contract is crystal clear understanding between the parties which needs brainstorming and hard work. Usually what appears on the surface is only tip of the iceberg. As a lawyer my job is to help the client think through all the issues that lie beneath that proverbial tip of the iceberg. Lawyers are trained to spot issues and as a lawyer my job is to protect your interest by spotting all the potential issues that may arise in connection with each element of the transaction. As Charles Stross has put is: “Contract law is essentially a defensive scorched-earth battleground where the constant question is, “if my business partner was possessed by a brain-eating monster from beyond spacetime tomorrow, what is the worst thing they could do to me?” WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER ME? A stitch times saves nine. Contract drafting and review is an area where a seemingly small omission right now can give rise to big business dispute in future.
