We specialize in collecting information through stakeholder interviews, finding common themes, patterns, and trends in the data, and creating exemplary user-centered designs, documentation, and presentations for our clients. We also have the development chops to put our designs into action. Our team of full time staff consists of Jonathan Beer MSc (co-founder), Tom Hall MSc (co-founder), and Blair Nonnecke PhD (associate), and has more than 50 years of combined experience in user experience design, research, teaching, and software development.
