Overview
During my tenure I was able to close 3 customer related line of businesses for a specific account, trained both new hires and up training for the account, increased the strength of my team, and forged stronger relationships with clients. Here is a synopsis of my accomplishments and an overview of my roles: • With over 15 solid years of professional experience in multiple industries including but not limited to Airlines, Hospitality, Health & Medicine and Management • Successfully launched 3 accounts closing the contract abroad. • Created the training manual for the client to be used by system wide. • Successfully launched 3 new lines of businesses for a specific account. • Won the top team for the 8 months straight. • Skilled presenter, Team Leader, and trainer, and was appointed as Master trainer for a corporation. • Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. • Prepares warnings and communicates effectively with employees on warning and makes effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required. • Proficient in MS office and different reservations systems (both airline and hotel). • Performance and Results Driven • High Level of Management Experience and Background • Multi Skilled and Excellent in Multi Tasking ( Prioritization of Tasks ) • Business Level in Communication ( English – Oral and Written ) I have worked with different companies and I believe that my work ethics have greatly improved.
