Who Are We? ONS - We provide corporate finance services including financial modelling, valuation advisory, interim CFO support, business proposals, market research and project management. Stellar - We cater more to startups and smaller businesses helping them build business plans, pitch decks, financial projections and raise startup funding. We may be two names but we are ONE TEAM. To be able to best serve our clients we have divided our company into two very specific teams dealing with different kinds of projects. Here's what we do: ONS Business Consulting The company was built in 2012 as an M&A support services firm. Our main offerings include financial modelling services, valuations advisory, interim CFO support for smaller businesses (including startups) buy/sell-side support, market research, equity research, corporate presentations, and project management solutions. Our team consists of excellent financial analysts with a background in investment banking, private equity and asset management. We have worked for so many clients over the years that we have almost become sector-agnostic! Over the last 5 years, we started getting many requests from our VC clients to look at business plans and financial models for their startups - this led to the birth of Stellar Business Plans Stellar Business Plans Stellar is what we like to call the 'Startup Hub' of ONS. We saw the potential this particular field of projects had in terms of the challenges it presented and grabbed the opportunity. We built a team of expert strategy consultants who not just have prior experience working with startups but some have had successful exits of their own! We have written over 700 business plans (with financial models), and 800 pitch decks since our inception. We have made lasting relationships with the entrepreneurs we have worked with over the years to the extent that they keep coming back to us whenever they need us! Our services are not just for fresh startups but also for more established businesses looking to give their business a makeover.
