I have a degree in business administration and a total of 5 years HR experience. I have mainly done recruitment (sourcing, headhunting) for IT, sales, finance and many other profiles, including international hires. Beside recruitment I have been responsible for the whole HR cycle: education cycle, training, onboarding, coaching and payroll management. My working experience is mostly in international organizations and now I am working as a full-time freelancer. I'm a reliable enabler of project delivery & I love working on remote!
