    There’s no live chat, the feedback are really poor and pretty default in a nature, I asked twice the similar question and got the exact same copy/paste respond, after I answered to their default message I basically didn’t get any other message from them.

    Chat is not working, there is not even an option to access it, just create a support ticket. I’ve been on oDesk since 2012 and they are saying my account may be closed with no proper communication about WHY! Is there not a phone number to talk to someone?? So ridiculously frustrated!

      Even I am facing the same. I have raised a ticket but there is no response from then.
      Also if anybody knows then please tell me where is I will get live chat option to resolve the issue.
