Our high-performance real estate Brokerage is seeking a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist, to to take our existing seller leads, negotiate them down to an offer amount that we provide, and get contracts signed.
The ideal candidate is confident and detail-oriented. Should be persuasive, proactive, adaptive, pragmatic, bottom-line-oriented, talented acquisitions specialist. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best.

Responsibilities:
The acquisitions specialist is responsible for bringing in and working with the leads to buy and sell real estate. Daily tasks could include:
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Creating marketing campaigns and bringing in leads
• Calling & Building rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Walking houses and gathering information and photos
• Negotiating offers or sale prices
• Getting rehab bids and ARV to ensure the deal is good
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and • market trends
• Renegotiating the contract for lower prices
• Prepare agreements of sale and submit for approval

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close deals virtually
• Need to work with the following software: Call Tools, Skipfy, CRM and ZipForms Plus
